I normally do not write letters of this type, but I felt compelled to acknowledge the excellence of your employees. I have just had a furnace and A/C unit replaced in my home. The two workers that came out (Brandon and Mike) were both very professional, careful, and conscientious, with a concern for customer satisfaction…I certainly hope that you consider these employees a valuable asset to your company.

I have dealt with many firms in my 73 years but few have employees that are as polite and dedicated as yours. You should be very proud to have them working for you.
